JOE BACA ANNOUNCES CANDIDACY FOR MAYOR OF RIALTO
RIALTO, CA — Rialto Councilmember Joe Baca, former U.S. Congressman and long-time advocate for the Inland Empire, has officially announced his candidacy for Mayor of Rialto. With decades of public service experience, Baca is stepping forward to lead Rialto into a new era of growth, innovation, and community-centered governance.
“I am deeply committed to the future of Rialto and its residents,” said Councilmember Baca. “As Mayor, I will work tirelessly to ensure that our city thrives, providing opportunities for all our citizens, improving public safety, and fostering economic development that benefits every neighborhood.”
Councilmember Baca’s distinguished career in public service includes representing California’s 43rd and 42nd districts in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1999 to 2013. During his tenure, he was known for his dedication to education, veterans’ issues, and economic development. Baca’s leadership has left a lasting impact on the community, and he is eager to bring his experience and vision to the role of Mayor.
