Precision Equity is looking for a creative, motivated, and hands-on video content creator who can bring our story to life through powerful short-form videos and social media. We want someone who loves creating content , thrives on storytelling, and gets excited about filming, editing, and sharing the transformation happening across our apartment communities and company.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the creative force behind the content that represents Precision Equity and our apartment communities. You’ll showcase our work, people, and energy through engaging, story-driven visuals.

Responsibilities:

• Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.) for multiple accounts
• Capture renovation progress and before/after transformations
• Create marketing content for apartments – unit tours, amenities, and lifestyle videos
• Document day-to-day operations and team moments that highlight our culture
• Cover property acquisitions , new deals, and key company milestones
• Produce authentic, story-based content about our team, tenants, and properties
• Set up and film in a podcast studio for interviews and storytelling
• Manage lighting, sound, and visual composition to ensure professional quality
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across all properties and company accounts
• Schedule, post, and track performance on all platforms to grow engagement and reach

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to create engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and audio setup
• Experience with podcast or studio-style production
• Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut
• Knowledge of personal branding, storytelling, and social media trends
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts and content calendars
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or with a team
• Hungry to grow , experiment, and make an impact every single day

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
