As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various events ranging from corporate functions to social gatherings. This position requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be liaising with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure every detail is flawless. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events including corporate functions, weddings, and community gatherings. Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other service providers to ensure all logistics are managed effectively. Develop event timelines and ensure all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines. Manage budgets for events, ensuring all expenses are tracked and kept within specified limits. Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring that all elements align with the client’s vision. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
