Joe Baca and his wife, Barbara, are longtime residents of Rialto.

They are proud parents of four children and four grandchildren. Baca served in the United States Army, then was the first Latino elected to San Bernardino Valley College District. He served in the California State Assembly before being elected to the U.S. House of Representatives, where he represented California’s 42nd and 43rd districts from 1999 to 2013. Throughout his career, Joe Baca has been a staunch advocate for education, veterans’ rights, and economic development.
